Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, we do not accept returns on:

  • Worn or used items
  • Damaged items not reported within 48 hours of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.
Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
